Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rate is calculated based on the product weight, order will be ship/sent after payment will verified. Altech provides "Express Delivery Service (1-3 Days)" in Kathmandu Valley customers.

The total shipping charged will be clearly indicated for each product individually during checkout page. Some products may eligable for FREE shipping.

Delivery FAQ

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

Our logistics team will ship your order immediately after your payment is verified. If the payment terms is "Cash on Delivery (COD) for Kathmandu Valley customers, our sales team call and confirm your order first, once confirmed order we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

No, your shipping details cannot be changed after your order has been placed. Although, you may cancel your order and re-order with the right address if your "payment" still not veryfied by our sales team.

Q: Why does my order delivery is unsuccessful?

Our Logistic team will do their best to deliver the order on time. However, order delivery may affected by various unexpected incidents, including traffic conditions / inclement weather conditions / actual operation / unreachable.

Q: I am not available on the latest delivery time-slot, can I request to change the delivery time-slot / cancel the order?

Due to the system limitations and our logistic team has daily delivery quota, we are unable to change the delivery time-slot for you.

Besides, once the order transaction is completed, the system will automatically notice logistics to prepare your goods . Apologize for no cancellation or content amendment on all confirmed order.

Q: When will I receive the notification about the latest delivery time-slot?

If you have already received a notification about unsuccessful delivery via our sales tem, the system will automatically reschedule your order on the next earliest delivery date again after your order is returned back into our warehouse.

Q: Pickup Order

A “Pick Up Notice call” will be sent through Altech sales team, please pick up the items with the purchase invoice from the shop within 3 days upon arrivals. No cancellation or refund will be allowed.

Q: Do I need to signature while I received an order?

Yes, we require a signature upon delivery
