Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, original carton box, labels, manuals, wires attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at (email@example.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging (include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided), and mail your return the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your returned shipment we will inspec the condition of returned item, then we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged-
- Defective or damaged products caused by customer theirself/themself or shipping company during the shipping/delivery period
- FINAL SALES items
